FindShifts connects local workers with employers who need them — and pays everyone fast, on terms they can see.
We started FindShifts because hourly work in America is broken. Workers don't know what they'll earn this week. Employers struggle to fill shifts at the times they actually need staff. And the middleman platforms that "connect" them often take 30-50% off the top, leaving everyone worse off.
We took a different approach. FindShifts charges a flat 5% application fee — never percentage-of-wage. Workers see the real pay rate before they apply. Employers see verified worker ratings before they hire. And we pay workers within 24 hours of an approved shift, not at the end of a 2-week cycle.
We're a small team — engineers, ex-restaurant managers, gig workers — who think the gig economy can be both flexible AND fair. We're betting our company on it.
