FindShifts connects businesses that need hourly help with people who want shifts, with pricing everyone can see up front.
We started FindShifts because hourly work should be simpler to find and simpler to fill. Workers should see what a shift pays before they apply. Businesses should know what a shift will cost before they post it.
So that's how FindShifts works. Every shift shows its hourly pay up front. Workers pay nothing and keep 100% of their wages. Businesses pay the wages plus a 20% service fee, by card through Stripe, after they approve the hours worked. No subscription, no minimums.
We're early. FindShifts is operated by Universal SAAS Agency LLC. The website is live, and our iPhone app isn't on the App Store yet. We're growing one business and one worker at a time. If you'd like in, join the waitlist.
