Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) opt-out and your privacy rights at FindShifts.
We do not sell personal information.
FindShifts does not sell or rent personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We share information only with service providers (Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Neon, Sentry) strictly for platform operation, under data processing agreements.
Your CCPA rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention)
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
Submit a request
Email privacy@findshifts.work with the subject "CCPA Request" and include:
- Your full name and the email associated with your FindShifts account
- The type of request (access, delete, opt-out, correct)
- Sufficient detail to verify your identity
We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. We may extend the response period an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and will notify you of any extension.
Authorized agents
You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization from you and proof of the agent's identity before processing.
Other state laws
Similar rights are available to residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states with consumer privacy laws. The same email address handles those requests.
