Post a shift in minutes
Add a title, description, hourly pay, number of positions, address, date and times. Morgan, our AI assistant, can help you write the post.
You choose who works
Workers apply, some with a short note. Morgan can write a short summary of an applicant (AI can be wrong, so check it), and you see their rating and completed shifts. You hire or pass.
Message in the app
Chat with applicants and the workers you hire right in FindShifts. If something feels off, you can report or block anyone.
See who clocked in
Workers clock in and out in the app, and you see their clock-in and clock-out times. An optional selfie check, with the worker's consent, uses AI to compare a clock-in selfie with their profile photo.
Pay after you approve hours
Approve the hours, then pay by card through Stripe: wages plus a 20% service fee. Workers keep 100% of their wages. They're independent contractors, and we don't withhold taxes.
No subscription, no minimums
Post a shift when you need help and skip it when you don't. Each payroll is its own card payment, so you only pay for work you approved.
